Hi :)  I am a Mother of four adult children and Grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren.

I decided to follow my heart and train to become a counsellor.

I myself have benifited greatly from recieveing counselling, so I know the benifits of it.

I am not just a text book counsellor. I have done life, so to speak.

I enjoy the journey of walking along side of people supporting them to grow and discover who they are, or who they want to become.

I am flexible and adapt to each client, as we are all diffrent and have diffrent needs . I use diffrent tools depending on the need of my client.

I beleive in having fun on the way, while being sensitive. Humour is a great healing tool. 

I work with a lot of childhood trauma issues, as I believe our formative years influence our adult years. Healing through childhood issues helps us grow as adults.
